MCWCC Planning and Land Use Committee
The Planning and Land Use Committee reviews and recommends action for or against building development projects and projects requiring land use permits within the MCWCC boundaries; advocates positions on land use and building design for the betterment of the community.
The Planning and Land Use Committee normally meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. Location depends on the expected size of the meeting. See the agenda for each meeting for specifics.

We highlight most commercial and multi-family projects, and typically do not highlight projects involving individual homes.
