<description><![CDATA[With this change odd-numbered addresses may only use sprinklers on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Even-numbered addresses may only use sprinklers on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.  In both cases, watering must be done before 9 a.m. or after 4 p.m., and there are also limitations on the amount of time the sprinklers can run per day.]]></description>
